Pull up a couch

A small room where you actually get heard.

A few people hop on a voice call and take turns saying what they're carrying. One person talks at a time — everyone else is muted, so nobody can cut you off.

This is what a room actually sounds like.

Listen to a room — real product, sample voices

It's free and still being built — leave your email and I'll tell you when there's a room.

They shared, and I immediately wanted to share too.

The hard nights don't keep office hours

Support groups meet on Tuesdays, but the 2am spiral doesn't. Neither does the small win with nobody around to hear it, or the thing you almost said out loud and swallowed instead. They tend to show up in the in-between hours, once the meeting's over and the people closest to you aren't quite the ones you can say it to.

That's what the couch is for. It's always here — sit down whenever you need it.

How the couch works

Someone's always keeping the room

The couch is kept by an AI host — not to counsel you or stand in for a real person, but just to hold the space. It keeps the turns fair, keeps things safe, and then steps back so the people on the couch can actually be there for each other. The magic was never the host; it's the people. The AI is simply what lets the couch stay open at any hour, without someone having to run it every time.

Come sit if you're—

For adults. Not therapy, and not a substitute for professional care — just a peer space with a good couch. If you're in crisis, call or text 988.

The couch is still being built.

The first rooms are being tested right now. If you'd want to sit down — for yourself, or for a community you run — leave your name and I'll save you a seat.

No spam. Just a note when there's a couch to sit on.
